Orders received and taken home cannot be returned.

Freight damage must be reported to The Furniture Shop within 48 hours, if customer picks up item.
Transportation of damaged items to The Furniture Shop is the customer's responsibility.
Items delivered to consumer's home via our contract delivery service require inspection. Consumer must inspect once goods arrive. Delivery fees apply.
Manufacturer warranties apply. Warranty period and coverage varies.
Warranties cover manufacturer defects, they do not cover customer damage.
Customer are responsible for transportation of warranty items to The Furniture Shop for repair or replacement.
Storage fee charged on goods not picked up or delivered within two weeks of arrival to The Furniture Shop.
AVAILABILITY AND SHIPPING
Items in stock (Items with green check mark on picture), usually deilver within 2 to 4 days. A Furniture Shop representative will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your delivery. If you did not select delivery, you may pick your items up from our warehouse at 930 E Hwy 67, Duncanville TX. Pickup hours are between 10:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Saturday.
Items that do not display a green check mark on their picture, are special order items. Special order items average between 2 to 6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse. Once they arrive, a Furniture Shop representative will contact you to let you know your items have arrived.
Deliveries to your home are done by a professional delivery service that is insured and bonded. All items are unboxed and blanket wrapped. Once finished, please inspect your items before signing off that they are in good shape.
